Speaking and Training
Allison Partners provides keynote speeches, training delivery and instructional design services as standalone projects and as program components in the context of larger organizational development initiatives. Whether delivering the keynote address at a sales meeting, teaching a one-day professional skills course, serving as adjunct faculty delivering multi-day leadership programs, or developing employee training to support the rollout of a new organizational initiative, Allison Partners team members bring a thorough knowledge of adult learning principles, rich content area expertise and proven instructional skills to ensure that learning objectives are achieved.
Whether working within the bounds of a 45-minute speech or a 5-day course, Allison Partners team members create learning experiences that incorporate three components important to individual skill development among adults. Allison Partners training programs facilitate self knowledge, providing participants with opportunities to reflect upon their individual and team behavior and experiences. Participants are also encouraged to develop environmental awareness, learning about how to diagnose situations, what motivates others’ behavior, and how individual actions influence or affect surrounding people and systems. These two facets of learning are complemented by skill-building activities that introduce core concepts and practical applications.
In addition to developing custom programs to meet a client’s specific needs, Allison Partners draws from its library of proven speeches and training curricula on topics including communication, supervisory skills, work / life balance, creative thinking, diversity, and applications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). See our resources section to review a selection of current course descriptions, or contact us if you’d like to discuss a custom training program for your organization.
